Where's your leg workout man? Don't tell me your one of those guys you see at the gym, with a big upper body, and chicken legs.
For about the past three weeks I've been bulking, eating 6-8 meals a day and totaling 4500 calories, with about 300g in protein, all from GOOD, healthy food.
day 1- bi's, tri's and shoulders
day 2- legs
day 3- chest back
day 4- rest
Then I start back over. I've gained about 8lbs in three weeks, and I'll probably keep bulking for the next 4-5 months, since I have a really tough time gaining weight.
