I bought the car with no a/c, I recently bought brand new lines/consensor etc, but I have the 3s compressor.

This means I would have to re-wire the thing to get the system to work, so my question is will a 5sfe compressor can be bolted in and work on the spot since thats what the wiring was already for?

I'ts starting to get hot down here and would like to get this done asap.

Because they're retarded. It doesn't NEED to be wired to the ECU at all to make it work. I left my AC wiring completely stock and stripped out the 3S AC stuff. Right now it's not even hooked up to the ECU since I'm still trying to decide on my engine management path but as soon as I do I'll connect the two or three wires that I need.

most people use the 5sfe compressor, but its not just plug and play. you need to rewire a few plugs on the 3sgte harness if they weren't done so already. look in the stickes, i made a how-to about it.
