its a ractive, but its not loud at all and its not high pitched at all either.
im just wondering, i dont want it to be too loud, i was told it would be anywhere from 25% to 40% louder than it is now

more throaty sound but the resonator deadens backfires from shifts but whoop d too it sounds better
how much louder is it, is it abnoxious
it can be pretty loud lol
so itll be like twice as loud? just trying to judge it.

leave it in to start..(you can always take it out)
and see how you like it....sound depends on pipe size + muffler as well so we can't be sure
i had stock pipes, no resonator & a CF 2.5" straight through muffler
my friends could here me several miles away (no joke)
i HIGHLY suggest leaving in the resonator, if you don't like the sound you can always take it out later...

alright, i just got someone who could hook it up now
i got stock header and pipes and a straight through muffler that is not very loud at all btw

leave it on. Trust me. I just have a straight 2.5 inch pipe with header right now and its absolutly ridiculously loud. Keep it on.

I just got my whole exhaust done today, 2.25 straight through with a RS magnaflow. IT's deep and nice, probably because of the magnaflow, but especially at night, it is LOUD, especially during acceleration. BTW, anyone knows where I can get a magnaflow silencer?
now just gut the cat!!!!
you do know that with the increased amount of technology...cats are minimally restrictive to the piping and no reason to take it out....if anything just get a new cat....gutting is for ricers

i found out the other day my car did not have a cat or a resonator. it's pretty damn loud, and backfires often. after i put in a 10" long resonator, it lowered the volume quite a bit, and it also backfires a bit less now.
^do you like it better now?
i think im going to leave it in. its a lot easier to take out later than to have to put back in.
