I did not see them in that size......well at least with our offset the 17X8 I saw where in a 114.3

spacers are metal disks of "X" thickness denoted in "mm"
you put them on before you put on your wheel
so it would look like this
(hub)(spacer)(rim)(lugnuts)
they do exactly what they say, they space out the wheels
