I figured I'd start a thread based on how much you pay for car insurance a year/month. I know some have accidents and some are still on their parents insurance so if you feel comfortable post up. In the next year and a half i'll be on my own insurance so i wanna get an idea what the rest of you are paying. And if you could let us know ur insurance company whether good or bad things that would be a bonus to us all.
I pay $960 a year on my parents for just liability under metropolitan.

I got dumped buy my insurance. had to find another one after i got my bumper and new wheels, paying $1280 AU a year.

Just got this years bill - AU$1250 and nobody else under 25 is allowed to drive.
im payin $1850 under my fathers name as me being a secondary driver and thats with 1 accident.
I'm paying $900 a year for liability. Getting full coverage this next year tho. Through progressive.
Im under my dad's insurance. I dunno maybe close to a grand a year for full coverage... And thats with no accidents, and no tickets (even though I have one ticket on deferral lol)

1500 to much every 6th months full coverage only because still paying on it. very small payment but a payment non the less
Pay $340 for full coverage for my Celica and my wife's 06 xB combined a month w/ USAA. <--Best insurance co in the world! I did pay $360 for just my Celica...but I did have 13 points on my license.

im on my dads im not sure how much my car is alone but i know that its like 2600 a year with my car and his two cars combined
$138 a month, on my own insurance. No accidents, one ticket
£520 fully comprehensive with protected no claims.

$187 a month for 2 cars under my name on liability under Mercury insurance.
$163 a month with full coverage
$64 a month for just liability - clean record
celica - is like $53 a month on my own, im 22 with 2 other cars on it in addition, not a clean record, but no accidents

I think I'm paying $1350 per annum and that's full collision & comprehensive, lower deductible and extra under-insured motorist insurance (so if you hit me and can't pay, I'm not screwed)
