since the harness is cut. What's the diff between the jdm bulbs and the western bulbs?

the only difference is the USDM harness have an extra bulb, but your stock harness will work with no problem, you'll just have the extra bulb unplug and disconected. that's how mines are and they work perfect

I'm pretty sure the USDM harness will work. I dont' remember getting a harness with my JDM lights when I bought it...

lol ok.... here u guys go the jdm tail lights are straight up plug and play no problem and the bulbs are easy to get in the states. i have 4 sets of jdm tail lights in the states from japan right now cuz im leaving here soon. and i got 3 celicas installed wit them right now so believe me they will work.

besides 200 shipped aint that bad with depending on how far u live from him.

good luck gary wit the sale. im looking at selling my 4th set but im thinking about maybe trying taking the yellow part out the sides of it.

can i just cut the harness from the lights i have no and just solder it onto this and have it working?

your harness will fit into the JDM tails perfectly.

The only difference is the USDM tails have an extra 194 bulb. Take the bulb out and tuck the extra little plug. That's it.

Or you can use it. If you look at the back you can see an undrilled bossing for the 194 bulb. Just drill it out and your white part will light up independantly from the yellow inside. I did mine and I'm really happy with the way it came out.
This picture doesn't do it justice. At night it lights up fully:

Now if I could just get the shavings out of the inside of it. LOL. You can see them as black specs in the pic.

Yeah just the pinstripe. I can't get a descent pic cause the flash will overpower the light. I'm sure there is a setting I could change but I'm fairly camera stupid.

sunnamabietz! i just got a liftback last week tuesday. i was looking for jdm tails. i tried changing the celica info but couldn't find the controls til earlier today. o well guess i'll try ebay.
