Ok since the accident last year when a guy ran red light and hit me, my 6th gen has suffered slightly and been neglected a bit but now she is well on the road to recovery and will hopefully be on road within the month...but then again, i've been promised that a lot of times before but you never know. Since it has been pulled i'm doing all the bodywork myself so i can learn and pick things up!

Anyhow here is the current state....


the lock has been filled in now ^^ so flushed out, in two minds as to take of toyota badge but thought it was central to the back with license plate and light...what do ye think?







Anyhooo....i've some trd replica rear spats coming, flushing out the skirts and need to get brackets made to fit the mitsubishi FTO seats properly in the front! 404 lip will be flushed in too! Thats it for exterior apart from new wheels..black ones..5 spoke but undecided as to which ones yet..was thinking axis reverb but ya never know!

Here is a very dirty engine pic...K&N filter the only difference but uprated plugs n leads, an apexi RSM will also be fitted along with a racing condenser and more than likely a strut brace!

i must really learn to use the auto focus button on the camera...

seeing as how its gotta go for a respray i'm open to colours for it.
I was gonna go titanium grey but thanks to spoonR530 for photoshopping before i've now changed my mind as i didn't think it suited it..decided to go for a bright(er) colour..
Was thinking yellow like the one from the erebuni pic..

but now i'm more inclined to go with a focus st orange like this..

Would anyone be able to do a photoshop with the focus orange on a celi with 404 lip for me? thanks!!

Any other ideas or suggestions on what to do with the celica would be great too. all welcome!!

personally out of the yellow or orange i would go with the yellow. but its good 2 see it coming along for you. overall your car seems pretty clean and well taken care of.

i was actually thinking of changing the wheel lol, but changed my mind back again. I don't know whether to go for an ss3 spoiler and raiser blocks? i kinda want to go a near to street racer style if possible..

Should the toyota badge come off the back end or stay? Try and ignore the wonky license plate cuz thats going to be replaced after it's passed its car test with an italicized one or something..

Also if anyone wants to nominate a colour other than yellow or orange that'd be cool too as i'm not 100% and i've got to decide on wheels too soon..any ideas? was thinking of axis reverb or Konig holes? what do ye think?
