Hello fellow 6g owners. I was wondering if the rear strut tower bars are the same for the coupe and the hatchback. Also, is there a difference between the GT and ST strut bars?
Strut Bars - 6G Celicas Forums
coupes don''t need a rear strut bar, there is no room for it, the rear configuration provides better support than a bar can gives to a hatchback

Is there any company that makes a rear strut bar for the coupe?

I see what you mean.
I saw a coupe with rear support bar shaped like an X in the trunk this weekend but I didnt get a real good look at it. It looked like it was between the two rear towers. It might have been welded in.

Too much trouble for something you won't notice.

The coupe is what the convertible is based off of right? So wouldn't a convertible benefit from a rear strut tower bar? I mean my vert flexes more than I would like. I am sure other convertible owners would like to tighten up there cars as much as possible. If anyone knows anything I would greatly appreciate it.

take a look at your trunk and post a pic of where you think it can be mounted.

The problem with the vert is that there is not even space. If you put a bar. I dont think you can ever put the top down.
