if you have a napa local to you, they may have them in stock, or can order them for you, normally @ less than 2$ ea for BKR7ES-11

Will thgey work with any non-modified engine ? Why 0.030?

If it was 0.30" (7.62mm) that would be a very large gap, think of a 1/3 of an inch gap on a spark plug.
