Hey all of you guys with the SSIII grille I have a quick question for ya. What all do I need to do to install it? I just got mine and was looking at the spot where it goes and that question popped in my head. Also is there anything else I should do to it to hold it in place? I have heard that the clips don't offer very much protection. Let me know what you guys think.

I used clips and they don't hold tight enough. My grill fell and then I ran it over...
I think Vincent Doggy suggested zip tie, or instead of clips, use screws?

I installed it with nuts & bolts to the bumper, no clips at all.

Hey massbrandon, where'd you get your grille? I've been wanting one, but I gave the part # for it that someone put on this site (malpaso, I think?) to the Toyota dealership and the guy said it didn't pull anything up?
i used 2 black zip ties on the sides
I got my grille from Vincent Doggy for 70 shipped. I figured it out. I used 2 clips and 4 zipties and it works great.
I removed the metal plate and used the stock clips, thats all and never
had a problem. The metal plate just adds rigidity to the cover and the grille
will perform the same task as good or better.

JDM guy made me do it.
