Wow, lots of memories in this meet... Frank and I were suprised at how friendly you all are. I'm sorry I didn't get to chat with everybody. I just guess we'll have to come back now won't we?

The night before, after many hours of polishing


I took off from my place at 2:30 AM, met up with Frank at 3:30. By 4 AM we are officially on the road to the DWG. Purchase of 4 Redbulls, trip meter set to 0.

5:20 AM, we hit customs


7 AM, pitstop. Need to fix the horizon of that second picture in photoshop...






Some AWESOME panoramas on the way in. The ride was sooo beautiful.




Me (Steven) left, Kaboshe (Frank) right.




Hit our first sign for NYC arount 10. Arrival at the hotel at almost noon on the nose! Great timing!

Now, what does 10 hours of driving do to your car?

At the meet :


Car wash with Valo (red liftback) and Daftboy (black coupe).


Jeff's exhaust. A bottle of gatorade fits! That hand came out clean!


Installing Jeff's RCR bar. I couldn't even get near, they were all around my own car, lol. EC6gc hooking me up, yo.




Thank you Corey, for taking us to the top of the world. That 60 mile cruise was AWESOME!

The morning after.


Leaving the Gap area, noon.

Stopped in Plattsburgh for a bite. We decided on a bit of american rice... Yes, that IS a Dodge Caravan with side skirts.

Back in Quebec, riding with the sunset.


Arrival in Joliette, Frank's home town. No, we haven't reset the trip meter since we took off yesterday.

First International Meet, held on US soil
First Time Supersprynts car made it too a meet
First Time Lagos has exited Philly for a meet
First Time Lagos' car has seen rain...(lol)
First Time EC6gc ran into Nsxtech.net (we saw 13+ NSX in a row while heading to the track sunday morning)

I think Bigfoot is blurry, that's the problem. It's not the photographer's fault. Bigfoot is blurry. And that's extra scary to me, because there's a large, out-of-focus monster roaming the countryside.

idk, but dude was the word of the weekend for me...sorry

when i get home from work, ill post up some of my photos (all like 8) and ill compress the videos, and...well give them out.

Fastest run at the track was 14.14s (to my knowledge)

All and all, i think it was a very good meet, and even with my HORRIBLE sun burn, it was still worth it.

It was mostly 14's all day for me. I had a couple of 15 runs with mis shifts, traction loss. I had to retrain my feet for the new tires. Towards the end of the day my 60' times improved. I started the day with a 2.6, ended with a 2.1. The problem I was getting at the end was the top of 1st gear I hit wheel spin, some of the runs I hit wheel spin in the top of second gear.


Practice, practice, practice.

ever think about trying the ebc's low/high boost during the run? like...set low boost all the way down, and high boost at 15psi. stay in low boost in 1st and 2nd, then when you shift into 3rd, hit the button for high boost. dont know how much it will help, but its just something i thought of.

This is for everyone that came out this weekend. Please show this post to everyone you brought to the meet.




I would like to thank everyone that took out the time to make it to this meet. We had some extraordinary things happen this weekend. This was by far one of the best showings for the DWG meet. Our original meeting place was changed at the last minute which kind of through everything out of wack on Saturday. Our plans activities were limited to the parking lot. But we all made the best of it.

The incredible amount of driving some of you guys did to make it to this meet. Just amazed me. I'm sorry I couldn't get a chance to talk to everyone. Steve I still owe you a ride buddy. I though you were going to be out on Sunday.


Each time we hold a meet we learn how to make it better for the next time around. I promise the next meet will be planned with every detail covered. I have a feeling the next DWG will be almost twice the size of this one.


Thanks for the road side BBQ on Saturday night. Daftboy comes through with the AAA.
