cold air intake - 6G Celicas Forums

So I am hoping to get a cold air intake for my car and I was wondering if anyone knew of a reliable company or website to purchase one from ?

I am not good in the least with putting parts in myself so I would buy it and bring it over to a mechanic.

cold air intakes are generally easy to do, the most work you might have to do is jack the car up and take out a couple things. If you want some help, look here

as far as i know, there are no cold air intakes made for our cars frown.gif. you can modify a 90-93 honda accord intake to fit though. or you can just get a short ram intake...

while we are on the topic....what size tubing is used for our cars? like for piping and what not on the short rams and what nots?

A lot of them come as 3" piping with 2.5"-3" couplers. For a CAI if you're running it through the fenderwall you want no larger than 2.75" piping if you dont want to have to mod the hole.
