stock tweeter cover - 6G Celicas Forums

just a quick question...

how are the stock tweeter covers held on? just glue?

The same way as the stock non-tweeter wing-mirror covers. Not glue. There are two little tabs that locate between the door card and the wing mirror bracket (part of the door itself) - at the bottom of the tweeter cover. Then there is a plastic sprocket (looks like a thick plastic nail with a larger sphere stuck on the end) at the top of the tweeter cover. This friction-fits into a socket on the rubber door mirror seal.

thnx for pic.

mine is like half falling off and it looked glued on so i just wanted to see if i needed to re-glue it or it just clipped on (when i kinda just tried to pop it back in by hitting it, it didn't help)
