well my car's wiring was touched and now my problem is:

my high beam headlights turn on when I try and turn on my lights and no matter what I do and I can't get the low beam ones to turn on.
The low beam ones only turn on when i start my car but the minute i go on Drive the high beam ones turn on.

but I dont know where the problem is to begin with.

any help would be appreciated.
