hey all...does anyone know how to remove the rear bench in the conv. model? There are a number of bolts on the back that have been removed, but bench won't detach, what am I missing?

I dont have your exact answer.... but i can tell you that i was trying do do that in the gt model and somewhere in the front part of the seat it is latched down somehow and i can not remember.

A sent in a how to get at the rear speakers in very good detail but was never put up by Coomer as he might of found it too basic... apparently not.

There is a set of four bolts around the middle that need to be undone to get the fold down part of the seat out. I had to take my bench out cause my cat uhm... thought it looked like a kitty box. Just get the fold down parts out, then run your hand along the bottom of the cushion, and if I remember there are some clips or something to undo.

yeah there are 4 bolts on the fold down part other than that there are two latches on the front of the bench that you should just be able to pull up on and they will pop out. To put it back in just give it a good push.
