Any diagnosis or advice would be greatly appreciated

So, i've noticed in the last 4 months or so that when I start my 94 ST, the car will puff out blue/white exhaust I would say once a week. It occurs randomly and I thought it might be because I had let it sit for a 2 days but like I said its random. No idea if its a big deal or not. This only happens once in a while on start-up and not while I am driving.

Blue smoke=burned oil
White smoke=Burned coolant

If its only at start-up then you prob have bad valve seals which is normal wear-and-tear on cars.

Its noting to worry about unless it smokes bad when your driving it, before your next oil change add about half a bottle of ATF fluid into your oil, drive for 100-200 miles then change your oil immediately don't leave it in their too long it should reduce (smoke) or fix your valve seals problem, or if your one of those guys who don't do work on his/her own car take it to your nearest toyota dealership they can take care of it for you but it'll be expensive.

Valve stem seals require specialized tooling that can be purchased off ebay, I replaced mine while the head was still installed on car, it's a PITA though and time consuming. Search valve stem seal on this forum.
