Red top Beams with Auto tranny - 6G Celicas Forums

here are pics of a SSIII red top beams with automatic transmission...i want to know what tranny is this? is it the same than my auto GT-S?

I want to do a engine swap but the tranny swap is annyoing me for particular reasons (hassle,cost,etc)...and i can live with auto....so how hard/pricey that swap would that be for an auto?

so my question is: is that swap basically bolt-on on my car? biggrin.gif

any s series should bolt on

thx for the reply....but that doesnt fully answer my questions. Is it the same tranny?

Just checked for you, It is A241E-11A used on my auto beams.

is that the same than GT's

The manual version uses s54 I believe. dont quote me on that. THis is automatic and from the model code it is "A" series. Try doing a search on forums or google, I think it is used in MR2 and rav4 etc

ok so to answer my question...my tranny still need to be swapped frown.gif
