After i reassembeled my steering wheel, i got that stupid airbag check light on, i tried disconnecting the battery, and nothing, i read something about codes, how do i get my hands on a tester, and test it....and should i just go to any Toyota dealer and say to check?

I went to the toyota dealership, they told me its code 14....we tried to clear it, but no luck...it did not clear, i have the diag pages....to check the all the ****, and i might do that today, except its raining and im working outside... so from what we gathered its either the pillow, or its the module... any ideas?
