i knew before that any engine's power output decreases by age , but i didnt think that a 5sfe with like 100k miles would have 100 hp or less !! .... my car has 99500 miles now and i thought it would have like 120 hp or arround that nomber , but i was shocked to read that it might be less than 100 ... i will dyno it soon , once i have the money ..... my question is : Is there anyway to recover the lost power ???

the 7a? o man your lookin at less than 80 at 150k, low 70s..

any links or proof of dyno that show an engine losing so much? just interested thats all.
I just hit the 150k mark and my car def felt like it's lost power over the last 1,000 miles... I changed the plugs, cap and rotor and it helped only a little bit... looks like the celi is now for cruise only mode 
With the loss of power i don't feel like rev'ing high and shifting will help the engine at all.
