can anyone help me on how to get **** online or make a paypal account?
If I'm not mistaken, you can get your banks routing number and account number, and use that for PayPal. Try signing up.

i believe if you don't have an bank account on paypal it wouldn't be a "confirmed" account and it'll be kinda hard because some user prefer an "confirmed" account...but if just going to the buy/sell fourm you should be fine with an unconfirmed account...
he does have a bank account but it's just a savings account (atleast that is what i assume because he has an atm card). try to see if your parents will help you open a checking account so you can get a debt card. these are usually backed by visa or mastercard so you can use it anywhere that accepts either.
to confirm your paypal account they deposit some money (not much, it's only like $.13) into your bank account and ask you to tell them how much they deposited. if you give them the correct amount the account is a confirmed account.

if you have an atm card you should have some time of checking acct that the money gos in too soo if you sign up with paypal all you should have to do is place the atm card name acct number (card number) securty code on back of card .... thats how i have mine set up it will be set up as a direct payment like if you where getting gas or buying something at the store it will take it out as soon as you pay for it ......
