body kit question, - 6G Celicas Forums

Topic #5077 8 posts Started by Koricidin
Where I live, there's alot of times when I have to take back roads. I don't mean like, beaten trails or anything but tons of un-even surfaces. I'm afraid when I get my body kit that i'm going to scrap alot.

Any ideas? Or are there any good looking body kits that don't have a never low lip?
Airbag your suspension and raise and lower accordingly >smile.gif>

That would be fat anda if i was able to do it like that whenever i wanted. But I really don't think that i have the money or if its even possible to do that.. i mean i know i could get hydro's, but don't they weigh a ton and cause it to ride real rough?
dude put it on bags ... not very expensive and badass thats wut im doin
Can you raise it and drop it with switches? i mean, how responsive is it?
Hey, when I had my car, the clearence was 6.5" on the zypher kit and the car was lowered about 1.5". I had no problem driving on the back roads and near my house is some major road construction. You just have to take it slow over these spots. Since you live in Knoxville I know how bad some of the roads are out there, but you shouldn't have a problem. Its just that your gona have to learn how to drive the car again since it has a lower clearence and the front sticks out more.

yes you can raise and lower with switches... very very very accurate...and its fun to look badass to everyone... you enter the parking lot full of pedestriaans... you park and lower your car... eveyone thinks your cool ... jk haha its true though if u do it you will get some good looks and chicks wanting your car mmm but yeah good idea if your worried about clearance
