Hey, how much did you end up paying for the plastic to make your lenses? And how did you conform the plastic sheet to the headlights? I am thinking about doing what your doing but maybe a tsx retro fit instead. But using the petg sheet was an awesome idea.

Do you have a way to vaccum form the lense based off of a mold? That is how Rayme does it

Back from the dead... all Rayme Retrofit are belong to me biggrin.gif

They have been torn apart and rebuilt from scratch to solidify the housings, and to manipulate the bulkheads allowing High beams in the lowbeams...

I also added Angel Eyes to the projectors... thumbsup.gif

Any questions, LMK; I'll do my best to answer them.

Amazing work, how do these compare with the Kouki Projectors? those high beams must be killer bright

its awesome just looks very bare and mechanical. basically unfinished. but good job.
