So, I was driving along. Minding my own business. When some lady merged/turned onto the road I was driving on.. going about 45ish. Clearly she didn't/couldn't see me. So, she hit me. Ran me off the road into a ditch.
She hit me in the drivers side rear quarter panel or whatever. It's fked.
I find out tomorrow whether or not it's totalled. The po-po says it looks like it.
More details when I'm not sleepy.

Yes, I'm fine. I was just really angry. But yes, it wasn't my fault and the police report does say that. The insurance company took photos.
Funny thing is, when this happened, I was driving it to drop it off to get my CV joints changed.
But yeah. Haven't heard anything from them yet.

That really sucks. Glad you are OK.
Don't let the insurance company get of too easy. If they try to give you less than what you think the car is worth tell them that you're still a little sore and that maybe you should go see adoctor. That worked for me last time. Had a check for the full amount I wanted within ten minutes.

that same thing almost happened to me a few weeks back
lady in a BRAND NEW nissan altima (still w/ the dealer plates on it) tryed to merge into me, i swerved over THREE LANES of traffic to barely miss her. she just kept coming at me. we were going about 40. it would've hit right on the drivers door
i could have probably got a lot from that w/ the right wording...
