Twister Gas Saver or Turbonator - 6G Celicas Forums

Topic #51517 8 posts Started by stetsonaw
I'm looking into getting a Twister Gas Saver from eBay, or possibly the Turbonator from www.turbonator.com. Has anyone used one? I have a '95 ST Hatch that I'm looking to put it in. Any and all feedback will be appreciated. confused.gif

I think Bigfoot is blurry, that's the problem. It's not the photographer's fault. Bigfoot is blurry. And that's extra scary to me, because there's a large, out-of-focus monster roaming the countryside.

actually, thouse NOS octane boosters just add about 1/2 a point of octane to every 4.3L of fuel u use...but since we have like a 60L tank..its pretty pointless in that sence....

but yea...thouse tornado things usually only work on bigger engines...i used to sell them at my old job and the only guys who said that it gave any sort of increase in power or fuel economy is guys with big engines..like 5L and higher. And yes i had a few of my customers actually go dyno test them too. I had one customer who had a 04 Z06..he bought one..went to the dyno..base lined it...ran it again with the tornado in...gained 4HP.
Cosumer Report, here (Protégez-vous) tested these kind of twisted tomato juice can. Worst results: Higher fuel consumption, Best results: even. So, what you think of it now wink.gif

Anyway, your Celica isn't suppose to be fuel efficient??? I do 7.1l/100km (30.2mpg) It's good enough for me!
