How much time to expect, and what's best to use as sealant. I think this is wheer my oil leak is coming from...... Is it a gasket? I dont thinks so....

there is no gasket from the factory.
go to your local toyota dealer, and ask for a tube of Form In Place Gasket. use that, it is by far better than the run of the mill RTV silicone. trust me, ive been using the RTV for years, and recently switched over to the FIPG, its WAY better.

Is there a sticky about this, i coudl not find one. Anybody that has done it, have pics. I see there are some things in the way. I dont want to disassemble something i should not to....
