I want to see what a sunroof would look like on my MKIV, so if anybody can post a pic of your 6gc hatch w/ sunroof from the rear that'd be awesome.

nevermind, found a actual mkiv with a sunroof and it looks pretty bad
Um, a proper 6th gen with a stock sun roof/moon roof tucks into the roof. Therefore you can not tell its there. Aftermarket kits stick above the roof and in my opinion look like ass.

Well that would be my goal. I'm going to paint the MKIV black, if I could make it look like it wasn't even there, that'd be epic.

Well do you want a sunroof or a moon roof?
The sun roof on the MK just pops up and looks like total ass to me on the inside.
When I get a chance tomorrow I can take some pics of my moon roof. But I believe all after market moon roofs/sun roofs pop up over the roof itself. You would need to take off the roof skin and clear an area for the sun roof to slide back. This would also require you to lower the head room in your car by 1.5-2inches.

I'm pretty sure I'm keeping it as a HT. Yea I love my MKIV more than life itself, but there is still always love left over for my 6gc.
