Well, my wife and I sold our house yesterday and profited a nice shiny penny for it. We're going to use that money to buy a nice chunk of land and my wife agreeded to us building a small shop for me to get started in. I also have money stashed from working second jobs. Some of it will go to the shop, but most will go to the celica .

And since we moved in with her parents (not as bad as you would think) we're able to save some major cash (well over a grand a month) and I'm also getting another second job where all that money will go to the shop.

I'm so excited that things are moving in a progressive direction. We'll soon have land to build our dream house, have my dream shop, and have my celica like the way I dream it to be.


Now.....just have to find some land

Make sure your land is flat so that you can raise a ton of cattle.

Hey, if we can get enough land I could have my shop and cattle.

I'm not a cowboy or anything but around here where I live farms and livestock are huge. There's some large cash to be made with them walking steaks!

(I want my shop more though!)
