Since we havent had a BIG canadian meet/GTA meet, i saw we should go all out on thanksgiving weekend. I want to have the biggest *so over 5 cars* GTA meet on thanksgiving weekend. I say we should have it on the saturday in the afternoon *so people can go to their families houses 4 dinner*. We usually have the meets in the West end, but im open to suggestions on meeting places. Im thinkin this time we should go to the east end, maybe go to the scarboro bluffs or somethin. Any ways, im just throwin the idea out there. I donno how busy people are that weekend, but i figure it would be a good time for every one to get together. Instead of spending thanksgiving with just ur blood family...spend some of it with your 6GC family too.

People interested in making this happen and suggestions of where to have it:

hmmm... temporary plates on the celi... and a drive to canada!?!? lol.. do you need a passport to get into Canada now? or does that start next year?

i dunno....i use my passport all the time..but i think you can still get by with birth certificate and drivers lisence.

i figured it would be put away by now.

Jesse, i can double check at the boarder tomorrow, im about a 2 min drive from the bridge to Detroit and i gotta go over there to buy another door for sarah's coupe. So ill ask while im there if they still allow the birth certificates and photo ID.
EDIT: Also if you do come up, i got 2 spare rooms at my parents house your welcome to use.

Any one wanna meet up some one off the 401 to make it easier. Ive only been to the bluffs once when i was like..6. So it would be good if we could meet at like Kenedy Commons or somethin and drive from there. Also im bringing the video camera and regular camera. So there will be plenty of photos and videos to be taken. I wanna try and get this all sorted out way b4 we all meet up. Also, i dunno where Paul and Derick are gonna be coming from, but if your coming from the west end, we can find a meeting spot and drive across town.

well bryan i'll see you there in the bluffs ... btw are we talking about bluffers park or scarborough bluffs park cause its 2 different places but they are near each other. the easiest way is to go to bluffers park (nicer one of the 2) if your going west is to take the 401 eastbound and exit at brimley south and take it all the way down to the park. now going to scarborough bluffs on the other hand is a little trickier but the best way to get there is taking midland and going south all the way

ok..then i guess we will go the bluffers park. I havent been out that way for years. if you wanna take a screen shot of a map of where it is or post a link to the map...that would b great man.

haha its James just so you know, Well I definitely want to come to this. There are just a few minor details. First off I am making my way from Kitchener so the drive for me is around 1.5 hrs depending on traffic. Seeing as how it’s going to be Thanks Giving and the first weekend of Oktoberfest. Traffic will be heavy. So the drive will probably be 2 hours long. Also I have never driven to the "Bluffs" so I have no clue where I am going at all. I am not great with directions to begin with either Also it is my nieces 1st B-day on Saturday as well, so my sister is having a BBQ for her around 5 which I definitely want to make it to. So I duno if you ppl want to meet up a little earlier or not??? It would be helpful for me. As in like 10:00am

we can maybe meet up at 11 instead??..if you wanna meet up with me and sarah near our places, we can meet up, talk, and drive out to the bluffs together..its about a half an hour drive from our place. We gotta b back in Etobicoke for 5 too, so you making it back to Kitchener shouldnt be a problem either.

okey how bout we all meet around kennedy commons which is on kennedy and 401 by the chapters bookstore parking lot and make our way down the bluffs together say around 12ish but yeah if you ever get lost heres my digits 647 888 5965

yea you can still come early..shouldnt b a problem. the guys will most likely only b there for 20 min if that. but yea, ill pm u the adress and directions on how to get to her place.

so its only gonna b the coupe coming. I need to get some parts, and tune the car b4 i go any where, but i dont have time to tune/no $ for the parts i need right now. So only the coupe will b showin up. But both me and sarah will b showin up with the coupe.
