Verified as in you know people on the site and they know you, therefore they are already members and they vouch for you to say yea they are ok to buy/sell.... some people just dont think?
Paypal has just closed my dispute against this tit. They found in my favor but couldn't recover my money - the usual Paypal story. A lesson for me I guess. If I do ever find this guy, I'll pop his eye out with a rusty spoon.
