anybody has to get theirs change ?
well i kinda need help cuz for the longest time my car has been shaking
long story short i took my car to a mechanic and he told me that i need a new engine mount... so now just wondering if i can do this my own or pay the mech about $100+ to do it for me...oh that's $100 that i dont have

it is really easy to change the engine mounts, especially the front one and the rear. It will take you about a hour to change both of them. If you are able to put an intake for your engine than you can change the mounts.

check out what i said in celica.net Rlan.
I looked at my mates engine mounts the other day. He has a honda accord and they look similar to mine so im guessing that engine mounts for all cars are pretty much similar in design.

I guess its that easy well anyways i need to be changing my rear engine mount(behind engine front of firewall)

In reality they are not even close to being the same. Hondas are different from toyotas and mitsubishis aren't the same as either. I have that engine mount if you need it. I'll sell it for cheap b/c i no longer need it. You can do this yourself. If you have an engine crane it will be easy and take bout an hour. Let me know if you want that mount. I did the swap so now I have different mounts.
