C-52.

That is if you have a ST.

Make sure you ask for the ECU as well.

The Junkyard smile.gif

Either local or call to outside ones. When I did mine 4 years ago I had it shipped from Ohio to NC. Only ran me $50 to ship it.

you do not need a different ECU. The A/T ecu will work just fine for M/T in your 95 ST.

any c52 from a celica or corolla will work. ususally the corolla ones have less miles on them. Check junkyards or recyclers.

so the tranny is called c52, and i can find it in any celica? or only manual st's? and i can find it in any corolla?

93-97 corolla I believe and only ST celicas. They both have a 1.8L 7a-fe engine, and you need a manual transmission.

Sure you do not need the ecu. But if you are going to do a full swap at least do it right. The ecu is cheap anyway when you tell the junkyard all the parts you want and they make it a kit price.

For the ST you can reuse your automatic axles so do not worry about buying different ones.

Not sure abt the st but the gt's auto axels are shorter than the manual's. You might wanna buy them too.
