I will get the "Show all new posts" link back up fairly soon. Where exactly was it located on the old forum layout? I'm asking this because I don't remember there being this link on the old forum layout. >>

Also, on the email notification issue, I think that new reply notifications are only sent out if the reply isn't added on the same day. I haven't worked with this feature much, but I'll take a look when I can find some time.
