what do you guys think... im getting my car painted next week and the dings and stuff pulled... anyway im going to keep my hood latch off and install some hood pins..

only hood pins ive seen that look cool are these ones that you actually make sit flush in your hood and lock. Seeing some stupid peice of metal sticking out of your hood with a cotter pin...not so much.

My friend use to have one on his hatchback civic. It was GAY. What the hell is the point of it? It turns and then you can open the hood? Pointless.
You know what would be nice though. HOOD SHOCKS/DAMPERS. When you open the latch, your hood automatically goes up. It makes it easier to work in your engine bay, and less stress trying to put that little stick into the whole.

^^^ thouse are the ones i was talking about. Ive seen thouse sittin on a hood moulded in. They look alot better when they arent on a black hood.
