i popped my hood the other day to put oil in my car and i looked at the exhaust manifold and noticed a crack, i dont really know if its a serious problem besides losing power and smelling fumes? But my question is should i just buy a replacement exhaust manifold or get a header. ID rather go with header but i heard all the ebay ones need custom fab, on the parts database theres a AROSPEED CHROME HEADER does anyone know if thats direct bolt on?
exhaust manifold crack, question - 6G Celicas Forums
does anyone know what i should do?
get a used one from someone, you dont want an exhaust leak
you can grab a used exhaust manifold from a junkyard off a corolla for cheap, you can try to braze your cracked stock manifold, buy a new cast one off ebay, or get a corolla header off ebay and have that fitted.

never seen that header, ever. its probably not made anymore. just as well, the arospeed stuff was cheap chinese **** for the most part.
