it's a 1997 540i. 120k km. very reliable except for replacing brake lines, rotors & pads (rot due to improper winter storage ?!?), the gear shift linkage (not in 20 years of serve did the techs at Halifax BMW ever hear of this) and blowing the crap outta the rad the first day i had it (operator error !! too much effin' power, yah!!!). runs like a top, not bad on gas, roomy, stylish, i could go on...
