Im doing the JDM LHD conversion as we speak,I try to get the glass off.
But only the plastic Is starting to get soft. and the glass wont budge.
and Im using the boil method.
what am I doing wrong?

Did you boil it long enough? Its those silicon glue that keeping you from taking the glass off, I used a knife to pry them out, starting around the outer edges and slowly work ur way in...

Now It's time to start on the difficult part.
Modding the current one, to be first a straight line, then Im gonna try modding It so It also lights up the right side of the road as It should In europe.
