Sory WTF is flocked? Gotta keep us informed on your lingo, we might wanna use it. 
Sorry, no animated sigs allowed.
Flocked is what are used on the interior of rally cars it sort of looks like alcantara or suede but is small fibres glued to the dash and then a 6000v electric supply is connected to it to make the fibres stand on end. It is used to prevent glare off the interior when driving what little sun the UK gets. See pics in the link for what it looks like.

Don't mind my crappy things sticking out, my car is ghetto and needs to be redefined, but here it goes since I ditched those crappy seat covers.
