How hard is it to get the 7th gen seats into a 6th Gen ?

They look fantastic in Stevest202's car.

^^how i got it..1st thing that had to go was the cd player:D..keeping the rest like that till i can figure out how to wire the ****er:P
Steering wheel change completed and cleaned and shined to match the rest. This Rav4 wheel and the OEM 98-99 wheel are the only ones that look right to me due to the texture differences of some of the newer wheels [Thanks to Zero for finding this for me and the great price!]:

Ands an older one showing the old wheel and my patented SRS Audio-video setup laugh.gif :

My new Toyota Hyper Sports ST-202 floor mats should be here today and I'm ordering black carpet tomorrow and having my headliner redone in black velvet. The final two items for the interior will be to add black velvet over the door card arm pads and the SS-III black seats with red splash on them.

Damn that white shift boot is the sh*t. I see you manipulated the color in some way - does it really match that well in person?
Huge props on such a unique look.
Edit - Hey! Your knob has silver lettering - mine looks gold and I don't like it. mad.gif

didn't manipulate the color or anything... that's a raw cell phone pic. the color difference between the boot and the surrounding plastics is unnoticeable if you aren't looking for it.

EDIT: i have an extra white with black shift boot, for regular shifter if anybody wants to throw an offer at it.

Oh sorry - it was probably all the white throwing the camera a little like those old movies you know? With the soft lenses or w/e.
Anyway - looks killer and props for originality. biggrin.gif

Edit: Got my new Toyota Hyper Sports Floor Mats from Darthripley [Thanks girl!]!!!!!!!
Came with an extra DS [Our PS side] and they are MINT! Even the tags are still in perfect shape.

They cover much more square footage than the stock mats which consequently means they cover all the little stains in the carpet that accumulate around the stock floor mats. The back ones fit perfect and cover completely all the ground back there. The front ones are backwars from LHD so while the DS side covers all of the floor I'll either have to remove the footrest or take it off and reattach over the mat [Which will help to hold it down since these don't work with our little hook at all] - it even goes up under the trunk and fuel door releases. The PS side one covers everything except it has the cutouts where the pedals and footrest go but I don't mind - they don't look bad IMO.
The best part about them, aside from the rarity, is that they have extra padding from the stock ones and are really comfortable and also the grey pad that goes under your heals so that they don't get the traditional holes all our stock mats have under the heal of your accelerator foot.
So much more than pleased on this buy [Now if my WRC Hood Spoiler would hurry up and get here I'd be a happy happy man]

So: Black Velvet Headliner, Black Velvet Padding on the door thingies and new black carpet will complete my interior transformation. biggrin.gif

those look really nice - glad to hear that the plush is thicker too - plushy comfy floormats are awesome to have biggrin.gif
i have found that most JDM Toyota floor mats have a much thicker plush than the US mats - not sure why but they seem generally nicer to me anyways.
the front mats being "backwards" doesn't bother me in the R2 either - it was better than what we had which was nothing at all.
the back mats fit perfectly which is great.

on your headliner & door cards you could always use a material called Ultrasuede. it's basically a cotton fabric that looks & feels just like suede but is really affordable. we used it on R2's door cards. not that there's anything wrong with velvet, but sometimes it can just be a bit too glossy looking whereas the ultrasuede is more of a matte finish if that makes sense.
we picked it up at a decorator fabric store where interior designers go for pretty cheap as a remnant. sometimes the remnants they have at those places can be 4 to 6 feet long & bigger plus its a lot cheaper than having so many yards cut off since they are just remnants to the store.

btw that RAV4 steering wheel looks nice - the texture is a perfect fit to the interior.

What's wrong with the CD player? I kinda dig on that color scheme.

Holy gauges batman!
DEATH - your missing one of the floor matts. It's the one that connects the 2 rear (goes over the hump), you can see the 2 snaps on each rear where it connects. I got a set a while back but I tossed the fronts because they didn't really match and the stock fronts are ace IMO. I'll take a pic of my rear matts after the weekend.

WRC hood spoiler ? all UK 6 gens have a hood spoiler FYI.
