i think there shud be no questions asked. Black all the way. Or a very dark burgendy red. But if u pain it black i personaly love the black rims as well.

I personally like the color red on my car, looks great n shines during the day and looks a little darker @ night. I think it would look pretty good with your interior too. But i'm just a little biased I guess lol

Anyway, BOT, mine was black, so it stayed black after painting. My other options were to go Silver or White...but I gave them colors up and took a "Midnight Black Pearl", and with my 18" Passions I couldn´t have gone wrong.
If it was red...hunh...idunno.

Well, there are many ways to determine the color to paint. One, for what purposes to standout, color scheme matching, hide car flaws, other parts that determine the car color, body work is awful, etc. In general red or black are good choices. For me, I would pick red to look sporty as this color is friendly in matching rims especially. Black, also, is great too as it looks wicked yet clean depending on the body work. Now, it can get technical if color decision is also based on other factors such as, my friend already has that color, it gets dirtier faster than other colors, or I am planning on getting certain rims, or my interior is already a certain color. The bottom line for me, is what color is simple yet stylish, colormatch-friendly, custom paint is not maintenance friendly unless you have extra for touchups, and last, if I won't get tired of it fast. Sorry I most likely confused you even more.

Black and Red together, you decide

This is coming from a guy with a red celi I say get black red stands out to much (unless thats what you like) black is more of a sleeper look to it (what I like) but black cars have a higher chance of getting hit at night and red cars have a higher chance of getting pulled over by the cops. Its bad both ways lol
