I was reading the how-to article on makeing your own clear corner's, there's no picture's, and my question Is, What the hell Is "Clear office lighting material"?
In offices they have a plastic insert for the large rectangular lights in the ceiling. You can purchase this stuff at a hardware store. I've got it in my ceiling in my basement... never thought about using it though...

It is the sheet plastic with diamond patterns in it that goes over the fluorescent tubes in false ceilings in offices to diffuse the light better.
