I have this thing I like to call "the black hole effect". It happens only a few times a year and basically I can never get full and I won't gain any weight. I guess this is when my metabolism will go into overdrive. I love it! I hope it happens today!

just picked up a 7 kg (about 15 lbs south of the border) bird for saturday. i have a friend from PA living with my best bud Jim for 3 years now. we like to have gobbler and toast the holidays on US Turkeyday. Thanksgiving in Canada sucks...too early. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving and remember our blessings and absent friends and family.
