why spend money at all? i mean, just pay for food, a house, and utilities and you will survive! and when you get bored (which theres no reason you should!!) just bang your head against a wall untill all we see is the whites in your eyes!!

im not one to critisize people's comments cuz people should say whats on their mind and i respect that...but what the uck is up with this question???

a toyota will last far past 200k.... prolly 300-500k easy, if taken care of. and whatever go's wrong is always fixable.

and as a follow up question: why does america still use the american/british measurement system? dont we realize that 12 inchs in a foot and 3 feet in a yard and 1760 yards in a mile. dont they understand that 63360 inches in a mile IS REALLY FREAKING CONFUSING. and why does noone use furlongs any more? furlongs must smell a whole lot better than feet. even the british abandoned this s**t, are we that arrogant to say "hell with it, were gunna keep confusing your ass untill we tell you to walk 3520 feet north, and it takes you either a day and a half to walk one foot after the other 3520 steps OR an hour of trying to do this BS math in your head before you say the hell with it and go get a beer.

In which my response is...why the hell do you care what people do to their cars? I'm starting to think you're asking why would you customize a car like yours...cuz it's an ST and Auto. I don't know ya know, if you don't have a reasonable reason to customize your car and you think you need a reason to do it...then don't. Do what you want, and if your comment was a knock to anyone else on this board who customizes their ST Automatics then go uck off somewhere else man.

Ok, why wouldnt you modify it? Do you wana drive a nice car around, or a SWEET car around? The point is make yours stand out, make it different from the other celicas! Who cares the miles, we all know about the engine swaps, and I think many of us would be glad to preform one after our engines die. Im gona drive my celica till her body rusts through!

Well...since you think the ST has soo much potential in beating many cars...why not go the whole nine on your car with mods??? In my opinion ur totally contradiciting yourself...U ask why people modify a 94 ST with 100k+ miles on it??? What yr and model car do you have??? And since people do make modifications to improve a cars look and performance, im guessing you would modify your 94 ST since ST's have potential beating Vettes and such... >>
