Well, our closing for the 25(+/-) acres has been set for either the 19th or 21st of this month (our choice of day!) I'm so excited about it. I can't wait for when I get my hand out of this cast and strong enough to hold a chainsaw. Gonna go lumberjack on some trees!

As things stand now we will get our perc test sometime in Jan next year.(perc guy said he has never had any problems with land in our area )

Then a small shop for me to 1. move some things in storage from my moms home, 2. have a place I can acutally work in (I don't like being outside in gravel driveways), 3. have a place where we can park our cars when we're working on land development instead of the side of the road.

I already have work lined up for the shop. My mom and others want me to paint their business logos on their trailers and others want some interior work done.

My wife wants our next car to be a 4-door so it can be a family car (thinking ahead for "mini-me's!) So if we find one (something around 3k) then I'll either drive that or swap with her 01celica and be able to do a full tear-down of my celica. It will finally get the attention it deserves! (and I'll finally get to spend my "turbo" savings on her )
