hey guys, i just bought my 1999 5spd gt liftback and i want to know if i should change the tranny fluid. the car only has 68 k and seems to have been taken care of but i would rather be safe than sorry. there are no problems with the trans at all but i feel like it would be good maintanance. anyway i work for an auto parts store so i have access to some high quality gear oils and such. the question is whether there is any harm in doing this. i have the money, time, and desire to do this. Is there anything that should stop me?

Might as well do it. There is no harm in changing the fluid.
