Alternator needs an electronics rebuild. Send it out to startech, about 50 dollars later you will have a perfect working 170amp alternator that will fit any 5sfe, 3sfe, 3sgte, 3sge. Tell them what motor and style of plug you have on your harness and they will do the alternator up for that plug.
