hks evc boost controller wont boost any higher then 14 to 15 psi

vac reads -58 to 62 bar which = about 17 to 17.5 ish inhg

idle looks to be around 800k and it is steady with out any irregularities

at idle when my ear is by timing belt side by i hear by the fuel rail area near the bottom of the intake manifold/plemuth either the fuel running through the lines or a vac leak... not sure

thanks for input.... i plan on doing a vac leak test soon but figured id as for some input from you guys

Could be those vac lines for the power steering idle up.. they run behind the intake manifold and sometimes can pop off with boost.
