Thats correct, and I have even sat in a Toyota Celica-Supra. Man that thing was butt-ugly.

I got asked that once.. Thing is my car exterior is completely stock lol...

i have gotten that so many times.....even when my car was completely stock im like what are u people talking about....if u cant tell the difference between a celica and a supra you must be retarded

Yea well it is usually people who don't know **** all about Toyotas. 6 gen Celicas and the mid 90's Supras would have to be two of the best looking Toyotas ever made.

but yeah i just gave a guy the 6gc flyer. he was going into the store adn he saw and stared at my car. i went to my car opened the glove box and gave him the flyer. he said your car is really nice............in a broken english japanese way..........but yeah he was all smiles after that.

well I took my car to the panel beaters today, guy came out, said 'nice car' (well apart from the low front) open the hood (so he could get a better view) he said "nice extrators"...lol they're stock biggrin.gif

i dont really think my car looks nice due to the crappy paint finish but i still get complments, the other day my ex girlfriend decided to ride passenger in my friends civic and after a few minutes figured out she would much rather be seen in my car... even with that paint problem

A friend of mine saw my '95 celica for the first time the other day. He walked around it a few times & got all excited with a huge childish grin on his face.
Then he said, "You have my dream car."

I was like, "Are you fricken serious?!??!!! THIS (pointing) slow ass thing is your dream car??!!?!!"

He offered me 6 grand for it and I told him, "No, I'm not done playing with your dream car." tongue.gif

He gave my car a big hug before he left. I just stood there and laughed.

I used to own an '85 celica - supra. Sometimes I wish I hadn't totalled it, it would make a bad azz drift car

I actually had a young guy in a nice car (I forgot what it was) compliment my car. He was like "Dude, is that car fast?" and I was like "No, not at all" and he was like "It looks fast. I like how it looks". Then I got the "Is that a supra?" and last, lots of women say "That's a cute car! Well ugh, not cute like a chick's car but you know... It's cute!". I dunno how to take that. I just say it looks "MAN-tastic!". laugh.gif

Sorry, just wanted to include my experiences. And I KNOW I said "Like" a lot. I am Californian, I can't help that stuff.

fun story....i waz kickin wit some friends and they got into a fight so i waz just watchin. a cop drive by and sees 15 asian in a parkin lot fight...pulls over a block away and waz watchin ....10mins later 5 cop cars pulled up and whipped out there guns and started to arrest people.....
my dumbazz waz in da car and said to myself "maybe they wont see me leave"....started my car..cop point gun at me yelled out "turn ur ****in car off now mother ****er".....two cops opened my door and throw me out off da car, 4 cops held me down and arrested me......

sat me up and said "dude, ur car is niiiiiiccccccce....i love supra's" and other cops waz agreeing and checkin out my bumper....
and im settin there wit dirt on my face.........dats life
