When I takeoff on first at low RPM's or if I'm in second at low RPM's, at times I get a weird noise, sort of like metal bouncing (if that makes sense) and some rough vibration.

It'll make the noise on any gear at low RPM's (1000-2000). Now the only gear that it doesn't do it on is reverse which is kind of weird to me....


Any ideas?

P.S. Any help is appreciated consindering the fact I have to get this done tommorow morning.

maybe check your air intake. Sometimes mine rotates downward and hits the metal making a noise kinda like yours at low rmp.

I too have a weird noise that happens in every gear around 2100 RPM except reverse. I checked my intake and wrapped the parts I though would rub on metal but no luck.

I removed the intake completely and still no luck... The noise sounds like it's coming from the middle of the car near the firewall.... Nothing is loose.... anything else possibly?
