hi guy's i wanted to know how much boost (psi) can the 3sgte motor support. and in my motor i have all the piston's and rods oem but i upgraded my turbo how much boost can it support right now is at 10 psi can i get it up to 20 psi without it braking my motor.

It depends on your other mods and the turbo.
What kind of upgrade is it?
Do you have a wideband sensor installed?

We would need a lot more information to give you an answer...

Intercooler setup, exhaust setup, turbo (type, trim, any other info), gauges, tuning method (reflashed ECU, piggyback, standalone, etc.), other supporting modifications (injectors, cams, etc.).

Then don't even consider turning it up that high until you learn/mod afew things. You can mess that motor up really bad by running 20PSI without the right supporting mods.
Just don't do it.

You can run any psi you want. Just get it tuned.

which gen 3sgte is it? 3rd gen 3sgte have stronger internals then 2nd
