I've lived here 9 years and have only HEARD of one that happened in like 1972 or something like that... anyway, there was a tornado just outside of Portland like an hour ago! Crazy! I knew I was sick of the rain but SHEESH!

Just thought I'd share since there's been a fair amount of weather talk lately.

Daaayuuuum. That's crazy for Oregon. Then again, the only tornado I've seen formed down the street from my house. It dropped down, destroyed a garage, and dissipated. Apparently God thought that garage wasn't good enough.

1. We were born here
2. Tornadoes don't hide in waiting behind every cow
3. You can protect yourself from the biggest tornado easily by getting into a shelter
4. Hurricanes and earthquakes affect more area
5. See a tornado, move out of the way simple enough?
6. Lets face it, its better dealing with people a few country idiots than millions of uppity coast idiots

Oh well - beats having the same 4 measures of your own song stuck in your head repeating over and over and over. I was working on the chorus to one of my songs last night and must have listened/tweaked it 50Kx last night. Any other musicians get that problem? By the time I'm finished with one of my songs I never want to hear it again no matter how good it came out.

Back to topic - I can recall some amazing Tornados here in Houston over the years. One took out the house I used to live in 2 weeks after I moved to another house [talk about good timing - no one had moved in yet either - sux for the people that bought it from us tho]. But no tornando can hold a candle to Hurricane season in Houston. When the big one hit here a few years ago me and a few guys from my car club just sat around my house playing GT4. The power only winked out twice for a total of 1 sec the entire time. We just played GT4 and laughed at the huge line of evacuees who endured 12hr traffic jams for nothing.

you think thats bad, your not around him 24/7. after he post that when i was least expecting it he would randomly just start singing it, i begged him to stop but he just kept singing, he wouldnt stop, i became delirious. i threatened his life......... he laughed..... and started singing louder and louder.......he just kept singing louder........i couldnt take it!..............i dont remember what happened after that but...........opps ha..ha nothing happened
